The Mythos Greek gyrerira was born from the twenty-year experience of the young Greek chef Marios. Son of art, his family has twenty-five years of catering in the city of Athens, Marios was trained within the family tradition and traveled to discover the culinary styles of the islands, opening his experience to different ways with ever new masters. Since his adolescence he has worked between Greece and Italy. His philosophy is the renewal of the traditional dishes of the "fathers", while remaining faithful to their gastronomic lesson thanks to the use of genuine ingredients, coming directly from Greece.
